A: No, COVE-TP does not manage shipments directly. Instead, we recommend shipping options to vendors, who are responsible for arranging deliveries.
Q: Are the products refundable?
A: Refunds are available for defective products. However, please note that most items are handmade or hand-painted, which may result in minor variations even when ordering from the same vendor. Q: Can I sell designs (digital or physical) or printed lures based on designs provided by COVE-TP?
A: No, designs provided by COVE-TP must be sold exclusively on our platform. However, you may use these designs for personal use.
